Managed Services
Managed Service is a business development initiative that is designed to consolidate the management of marketing suppliers. This has the benefit of reducing your costs whilst increasing marketing returns. A business can employ a number of different suppliers and experts to provide tools, platforms and services that are collectively grouped under 'marketing'. Over time, these service providers are all expected to deliver on their promise and produce results. This will only be achieved if they are managed effectively. Designed just like a maintenance agreement, this managed service can consolidate agency management, the marketing mix and deliver results within an agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).

"Have worked with Andy Grant for many years. He knows the ICT channel like the back of his hand - a superb marketer".
Chris Boeree, Chairman, BPL Business Media Ltd
“Avaya employed Andy Grant to facilitate our Partner Roundtable sessions in 3 UK cities. Andy’s approach is calm, planned and very much appreciated by both the partners and Avaya employees. He is impartial and gave the partners a real chance to air their views and managed the face to face section with excellent precision. Avaya highly recommend Bowan Arrow to the ICT community”.
