Health Check
Health Check is a business development service that is designed to explore and improve the current state of the marketing function within your business. This begins with a series of meetings with the marketing manager, various business leaders and decision makers to help fully understand the current perception and overall appetite for marketing within the business. We then carry out a review of the past, current and planned activities plus a thorough audit of the cost of marketing programs with results to date and the utilisation of vendor funding allowances. A review report is delivered that outlines a series of recommendations for the future of marketing within the business.
